These Terms of Service are effective as of 10/10/2024. We reserve the right to modify, update, or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the Terms of Service periodically for any changes. Continued use of the website or services after such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
